  • The work of work should be carefully removed, to exclude dust and dirt in the point of compounds to avoid leaks in the future;
  • If you need to connect to an existing system, you need to check its integrity and prepare the place of the insert;
  • Pipes should be cut so that the slice is exactly 90 degrees to the longitudinal axis of the pipe, it is necessary to ensure reliability and tightness;

The expander with electric power is equipped with a battery, designed to accelerate the work of the installer. It significantly saves the efforts of working and time on the installation of systems. Naturally, this device is many times more expensive, but if a lot is required to work, it will work perfectly and justifies the cost. There are hydraulic expanders. After we prepare the pipe, you need to install fitting. For this we need press-vice. They also have hydraulic and mechanical. Before use, they need to be removed from the storage case and assembled into the working position.

After assembling the tool and install the coupling in the pipe, the press is mounted connections. That is, the fitting enters into its place, and crimp from the top of the mounting sleeve. Hand presss are recommended for small pipe diameters and low need.

Hydraulic presses practically do not require effort in crimping. Just installed fittings and sleeves in the groove on the device, then easily and smoothly become in place. After the preparation of equipment and components, we proceed to welding. To do this, install the electric welded clutch. It has special terminals to which bypass the welding machine. Include it, at this time all the elements are heated to the melting point of polyethylene, about 170 degrees Celsius. The clutch material fills all empties, and welding.

If the device is not equipped with a timer and a device that has the ability to read information from fittings, you need to follow the instrument readings to turn off on time. Turn off the equipment, or it turns off yourself, we wait until the node cools. Very often pipes are supplied in reels and during storage can lose form. For this, you need a hair dryer. With it, it is possible to eliminate this disadvantage, just warming the deformed segment with warm air.
