From the use of lightweight equipment, it is best to refuse – it will not be able to effectively compact the mixture, which is why the coating will soon be collapsed. Stages of work

Preparation of the foundation

To increase the adhesion, the prepared draft base must be printed. For these purposes, you can take the store composition or make it with your own hands. To prepare the primer, you will need to mix turpentine and polyurethane glue in a 1: 1 ratio. The resulting solution is applied with a roller on the site. Approximate consumption of primer – 300 g per 1 m2.
Preparation of mixes
To form a decorative coating with a thickness of 1 cm and an area of 5 m2, it will be necessary to take 40 kg of rubber granulate, 8.5 kg of glue on a polyurethane based and at least 2.5 kg of pigment. First of all, you should pour into the boot tank, turn on the equipment and mix for 2-3 minutes. When storing, the granulate is often joined, and if you neglect it with stirring, lumps may remain.
After stirring the crumbs, you should load the dye and mix it with the crumb for 3 minutes for uniform distribution. The adhesive composition is poured by a jet into rotating equipment – stop the work of the technique at the time of mixing it is impossible. Otherwise lumps may form. After making glue, all components are mixed for 15 minutes. Mass should be dense and homogeneous.
Lumps and uneven colors are unacceptable.
Overlay and rolling coating

The components of the working solution for laying a monolithic rubber coating do not contain toxic or other harmful to human health substances.
