  • Electric motor. For the simplest car, one-phase asynchronous motor with a nominal voltage of 220 volts is suitable – it can be taken from the washing machine, refrigerator and other household appliances. In addition, it is very easy to connect to the network. If you want to adjust the frequency of revolutions, take the universal collector engine (UDC) or DC machine (MTT). It will take a rectifier for them, for example, a diode bridge. In the control circuit you need to consistently connect a variable resistor – with an increase in its engine speed drops.
  • Wires and connecting connectors (In the simplest case, a two-housing cable and a plug).
  • Metal sheet 8-10 mm thick (it needs to make the slab itself). An excellent solution will be the usual carbon steel. Alloy – too expensive. You can use gray or macked cast iron – just make sure that there are no cracks and shells. White cast iron is not recommended – it is too fragile.

When working with tools, follow safety.

First collect the work part.

  • From a sheet of 8 mm thick cut the harvest size of 720×400 mm. Screw sharp edges.

Next, set the shaft and connect it with the engine. For this, the clinoremable transmission is ideal (it does not transmit vibration to the engine), better – double. And do not forget to smear all moving elements.

Be sure to close the drive protective casing. If the belt breaks, the worker will not suffer.

After that, assemble and install the handle. Secure it hinged so that the vibrations are not transmitted to the hands of the worker. The axis of rotation of the hinge must be perpendicular to the movement of the machine, the movement of the knob to the side is not allowed (otherwise the machine will not be controlled).   5. Never use the car on a solid surface – asphalt and concrete.
