This recipe is sure to introduce new flavors! The turkey can be replaced with chicken, and the breast – with juicier and fattier parts of the carcass.

Stuffing Components:

  1. Sauerkraut – half a pound;
  2. Turkey breast – 200-250 gr.;
  3. Medium onion;
  4. Garlic clove;
  5. Sugar, pepper, curry, salt – 0.5-1 tsp each. l.

Dough Components:

  1. Wheat flour – about 300 gr.;
  2. Kefir 2,5-3,2% – 2,5 cup;
  3. Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
  4. Eggs C1-C0 – a couple of pieces;
  5. Soda – ½ ch. l.;
  6. Vinegar for quenching – 1 Tbsp. l.;
  7. Salt and sugar – 1 tbsp each. l.

Procedure:

Cut the filet into slices and coat in curry and minced garlic. Leave to soak for 20 minutes., Then roast in an open frying pan until half done. Fry onion sliced in half rings or quarter rings in another pan, remove onion and saute sauerkraut in the remaining oil until the moisture evaporates. If it’s sour, soften the taste with sugar. Season it with pepper, mix it with onions and cooked filet. Leave it to cool.

In a bowl, fork or whisk to combine all the ingredients for the dough. Put flour and vinegar and baking soda in the last place and mix everything well.

In a greased mold with butter or any vegetable oil with sides, pour some of the batter, distributing it over the bottom. Now it’s the turn of the filling: the cabbage should be placed evenly all over the circle, not reaching the edges by 2 cm. Pour the rest of the batter on top and send the future pie in the already preheated oven for an hour. By the way, cooking times may not match in different ovens. Orient on the readiness of the dough – the filling is already fried and assembled.

What you’ll need for the filling:

  1. Forks of fresh cabbage – about 400 gr.;
  2. Garlic cloves – 2 pieces;
  3. Non-bitter onion – 2 medium sized pieces;
  4. Any fresh herbs – bundle;
  5. Oil (any vegetable) – 1 tbsp. l.;
  6. Softened butter – 20g.;
  7. Concentrated tomato paste – 2 Tbsp. l.

What is needed for the dough:

  1. Eggs C1-C0 – 3 pcs.;
  2. Mayonnaise and sour cream of any fat – 5 tbsp. l.;
  3. Wheat flour in w/c – 6 tbsp. l.;
  4. Baking powder or baking soda – 1 tsp. l.;
  5. White or black sesame seeds for decoration.

Procedure:

Finely chop the cabbage, chop the onion and crush the garlic. Chop the greens, removing the twigs. In a pan with heated butter, place the cabbage, onion and garlic, pepper and salt them, stirring well, add the tomato paste. Leave the lid on the pan, so that the liquid evaporates and the vegetables don’t boil. Roast the stuffing for 15 minutes, then remove it from the heat, mix it with the herbs.

Now prepare the dough: beat the eggs in a bowl, whisk them with a fork or whisk with sour cream, mayonnaise, add the sifted flour, baking powder and salt.

Preheat the oven. Grease the bottom and sides of a bowl (Ø 18-20 cm) with vegetable oil or butter, pour about half of the batter. Spread stuffing, knead it with a fork and cover with remaining dough. Make a few fork holes to prevent the cake from deforming while baking. Bake the dish at 180C 35-40 minutes.

Dough ingredients:

  1. Kefir – half a cup;
  2. Eggs C1-C0 – 2 pieces;
  3. Oil (sunflower, olive oil) – 2 tbsp. l.;
  4. A teaspoon of sugar;
  5. Salt – ½ ch. l. (adjust to taste);
  6. Wheat flour w / s – 300 gr.;
  7. Baking powder or baking soda – 1 tsp. l.

Components for the filling:

  1. Any red fish without bones – 0.5 kg;
  2. Pair of C1-C0 eggs;
  3. Bunch of fresh herbs.

Procedure:

Boil the cleaned fish in slightly salted water, cool it, mash it with a knife or fork, add chopped herbs and boiled chopped eggs to it. Salt and pepper the mixture.

To make the dough with a mixer or whisk in a bowl, beat eggs with salt, sugar, add sunflower oil. Next, add the kefir and baking powder, flour and mix well until smooth.

Pour ½ or 2/3 of the dough into a greased baking dish, spread the filling over it and cover with the rest of the dough, make punctures with a fork or air vent. Bake the pie at 180-190 degrees for about half an hour.

What you need for the dough:

  1. Sour cream – 1 cup;
  2. Mayonnaise – ½ cup;
  3. Sifted wheat flour – 200 gr.;
  4. C1-C0 eggs – 3 pieces;
  5. Baking powder or baking soda – 1 tsp. l.;
  6. Salt – ½ tsp. l.

What you need for the filling:

  1. C/c salmon – 2 cans;
  2. Boiled rice – about 200g.;
  3. Eggs C1-C0 – 2 pcs.;
  4. Onion coarse;
  5. Salt, pepper to taste.

How to cook:

Boil 2 eggs, cool and peel them and mash them with a fork with the fish from the can – the liquid may not be drained, it will give the pie juiciness and flavor. Chop the onion, fry it in butter and add it to the fish, add boiled rice, salt, pepper and mix well.

In a bowl for kneading dough, beat the remaining eggs, whisk them with mayonnaise and sour cream, a little at a time, add flour mixed with baking powder or baking soda. Mix the dough thoroughly so that there is not a single lump left in it.

Coat a 22-24cm round cake tin generously with butter, pour half or 2/3 of the pastry into it, spoon the filling on top of the pastry, pour the rest of the pastry on it. Send the pie to an oven already preheated to 180 degrees for an hour.

For the dough you will need:

  1. Kefir of any consistency – 2 cups;
  2. Eggs C1-C0 – 2 pcs.;
  3. A teaspoon of sugar;
  4. Salt – 0,5-1 ch. l.;
  5. Wheat flour – 3 cups;
  6. Herb seasoning to taste – 1 tsp. l.;
  7. Baking powder – 2 gr. l.;
  8. Butter for greasing the pie.

What you’ll need for the stuffing:

  1. Any minced meat – 400 gr.;
  2. Large onion;
  3. Medium sized tomato – 1 pc.;
  4. Sweet pepper – 1 pc.;
  5. Greens (any) – a bunch;
  6. Seasoning or pepper mix – 0,5 tsp. l.;
  7. Sunflower oil for frying and greasing – 3 tbsp. l.;
  8. Garlic – 1 clove;
  9. Hard or medium-hard cheese – 100 gr.

Fry the sliced onions, then add the minced potatoes and the garlic, pounded through a pulverizer, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add chopped bell peppers and tomato to the batter, and keep it in the pan until the liquid has evaporated.

Now prepare the dough: with a mixer or intensely working with a whisk/fork, mix all the ingredients, starting with the eggs and ending with the introduction of the flour. Mixture’s consistency should resemble a thick cream – regulate with flour.

In a greased with sunflower oil form with a diameter of 26-28 cm place and distribute half of the dough well; – Spread the half of the dough in the greased with sunflower oil form. Now it’s the turn of the filling in layers: first the chopped greens, then the minced meat and vegetables, on top the grated cheese. Cover the crust with the rest of the pastry, making a 5 cm hole in the top layer so that it evaporates during baking. Bake pie for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. When done, brush the top layer with melted butter, cool slightly and serve the pie in slices, sprinkled with herbs.

  1. Mayonnaise and sour cream, flour – ¾ cup each;
  2. Eggs C1-C0 – 3 units;

For the filling:

  1. 5-6 potatoes;
  2. Any mushrooms – 0,5 kg;
  3. 2 scallions;
  4. Butter – 2 tbsp. l.;
  5. Melted butter for frying;
  6. Salt and pepper to taste.

How to cook:

In a bowl whisk eggs with mayonnaise and sour cream, salt a little, add flour, stir and leave on the table; – Stir together in a bowl. Fry onion with chopped mushrooms in melted butter, season with salt and pepper as desired.

Grease a high-sided dish with butter or vegetable oil, pour some of the dough into it. Put the potatoes sliced in half circles in an even layer (or two, as it will turn out), sprinkle it with spices and herbs if you wish, sprinkle it with melted butter, lay the onion-mushroom mixture on top, pour the rest of the paste, put it in the oven (170-180C) for 40-50 minutes.

What you need for the dough:

  1. Egg C1-C0 – 2 pcs.;
  2. Kefir of any fat content – 1 cup;
  3. Salt – 0,5-1 tsp. l.;
  4. Wheat flour – 150 gr.;
  5. Soda or baking powder – 1 tsp. l.

What you will need for the filling:

  1. Ham or sausage – 200 gr.;
  2. Hard or semi-hard cheese – 150-200 gr.;
  3. Greens – 1 bunch.

How to cook:

Whisk eggs with kefir, salt and baking powder (baking soda), add sifted flour, mix thoroughly. To prepare the stuffing slice the ham finely, grate the cheese, chop the herbs with a knife, mix it all up.

There are 2 ways to prepare the pie. Mix the pastry and the filling; first – pour half of the pastry into a greased mould, spread the filling and cover with the rest of the pastry. Bake the pie for half an hour in the oven at 200 degrees.

Pie with zucchini, tomatoes and cheese

What you need for the dough:

  1. Eggs – 4 pcs.;
  2. Sour cream – 150 gr.;
  3. Milk – 70 ml;
  4. Butter – 1 tbsp. l.;
  5. Flour – 5 tbsp. l.;
  6. Baking powder – 1 tsp. l.

What you will need for the stuffing:

  1. Greens – 1 bunch;
  2. Small zucchini – 2 pcs. or 1 large;
  3. Tomatoes – 3 pcs.;
  4. Big onion – 1 pc.;
  5. Greens – 1 bunch;
  6. Season with salt and pepper;
  7. Hard or semi-hard cheese – 100 gr.

How to prepare:

Slice the onion and fry it in a pan in a mixture of vegetable and butter. Slice zucchini, tomatoes into rings.

In a large bowl, mix eggs with sour cream and milk using a whisk, add to them sifted flour with baking powder, mix thoroughly. With the prepared dough, mix zucchini, herbs, tomatoes and fried onions (or fold them in between the layers of dough). Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the pie before placing it in the oven. Bake the dish for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.

This pie is suitable for those who watch the figure and count calories.

What is needed for the dough:

  1. One and a half cup flour;
  2. Baking powder or baking soda – 1 tsp. l.;
  3. Sour cream 15-20% of fat – a cup.;
  4. 4 C1-C0 eggs;
  5. Butter or margarine for baking – 100 gr.;
  6. A teaspoon of sugar;
  7. Salt – 1 tsp. l. (less can be used).

For the stuffing:

  1. Onion quill – 200 gr.;
  2. Eggs C1-C0- 3 pcs.;
  3. Salt to taste.

How to cook:

Chop onion feathers and crumble with salt, let stand for 15 minutes. Boil the eggs, chop them with a knife, send them to the onions and mix them. Now, deal with the dough – melt the margarine or butter, then add the remaining ingredients (flour and baking powder last) to the same bowl and very carefully knead until a homogeneous mass without lumps.

Pour about half of the dough into the prepared round mold. Place on it, but do not seal the onions, cover with the rest of the dough. Cooking time – 30-40 minutes at t=180s. By the way, this pie can be made in the multicooker on “Bake” mode in 65 minutes.
