As you have understood, a very large number of five-star hotels is built in Greece. Many of them are located exactly on the island of Crete. However, you might only be in the hotel in the morning. Still, it’s quite close to the center of Chania and a few old towns. Why not take a cab or bus to see them?? Or even with the hotel complex car, renting it.

All rooms are divided into three categories. The cheapest apartments are studios with the area of 31 sq. km. Kiani Beach Resort Family All Inclusive studios are often chosen by corporate meeting and conventioneers, and can accommodate up to four people. There are also cottages with an area of 50 sq. m. Families with children are advised to book it, although it is quite expensive. There are also the usual suites. They are 50 sq. m. in size and can be booked at the Kiani Beach Resort Family All Inclusive. The hotel has a theater, which makes it huge. But whichever room you choose, you get air conditioning, an oven, a balcony or veranda, TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi, a safe, and toiletries.

The hotel is regularly chosen by corporate guests who hold meetings and negotiations here. For this they use the spacious conference room. Ordinary people will much more often use the living room, where you can relax from the scorching sun.

It’s nice that the infrastructure of the hotel complex is available at no extra charge. You are only charged money for your lodging and food during the day and evening hours. However, there may still be exceptions to the rule, but they are rare.

It is impossible not to admit that Kiani Beach Resort is a quiet place, where people come in order to get a break from the noise of the big city. In this regard, the hotel management did not organize here a lot of different types of entertainment. It built a huge pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. There’s also an outdoor theater. There is also a gym; men need to tone up their muscles. Hamam and massage are available for residents of the hotel.

As for children, the pool is designed specifically for them with a minimum depth. There is also a children’s playground. What is interesting, it was built on a pirate ship. I think you’ll remember a place like this for sure.

Eat breakfast in the Symposium buffet restaurant. Meals are offered with an “American buffet” system. Near the pool you can find a bar – it offers a variety of fresh fruit juices, cocktails, wine, champagne, and soft drinks. On the territory of the hotel complex there is a snack bar.

This is pretty much the full description of Kiani Beach Resort. Here are not sold tours, so here rests very few Russians. In this regard, and to identify the main disadvantages are not possible. One of the oldest in our rating. This hotel opened its doors in 1990. However, in 2009 it was extensively renovated, so the building seems modern, as if it was built yesterday. The main building is complemented by six bungalows. All this is located on the beach road, about one and a half kilometers from the center of the city. Bus stop is only 150 meters away. The unpleasant thing is that it is far from the airport – to the airport in Heraklion you have to drive 75 km, and to the airport in Haniai it is 64 km.

The hotel complex is quite small. It consists of a total of 90 rooms. In the main building, all rooms are on the second floor – a total of 19 pieces. The bungalows have 71 rooms, distributed between the first and second floors. Many rooms are double. Only 16 standard rooms are considered triple rooms. There are also family suites with two bedrooms and one bathroom – there are only six of them. One room is designed for a handicapped person.

About half of the rooms have a view of the pool and garden. The remaining rooms will delight you with sea views. But they are often a little more expensive. As for room furnishings, the visitor will get a radio, air conditioning, TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, a balcony with two chairs and a table, toiletries, and a telephone. Wi-Fi connection is very fast and you can upload all your snaps from your vacation to social networking sites.

The reception desk here is open 24 hours a day. They will definitely help you if you have any questions. However, most often there are no problems with accommodation, so people come to this counter only if they want to order additional services. Among them are wake-up call, luggage storage, laundry and car rental. Also, you can invite a babysitter to your room, so that she will give parents at least some time to rest from their baby.

Unfortunately, this hotel has certain disadvantages. The greatest claims are made to the beach. No, it’s clean, you can not complain about that. But umbrellas and chairs are provided exclusively for money. How is it possible to be so trifling?? This is sure to leave a visitor with negative impressions. However, it is possible that by the time you are reading this rating the hotel owners have abandoned such practices.

The thing is that the hotel territory is not very big, so there is no place to walk with the baby. And the steps are bound to get in the way, and they occur here regularly. Another unpleasant thing described in the reviews is the closet doors, which are opened in some rooms only with a serious effort. Another bad point about the beach. Here it serves as a very narrow sandy strip. If you come late, it will be impossible to find free sun loungers. By the way, the hotel supports an all-inclusive system. But it is possible to check in and out of it. This also poses a problem: you should always have your status card with you. This hotel complex is one of the oldest in our selection. It opened way back in 1973. But of course, since then, the hotel has been renovated and upgraded many times. It is located about 27 km from the Souda Airport. If you want to visit the tourist resort of Platanias, you have to drive only 6 km. Well, it’s about 17 km to the town of Chania. By the way, the hotel organizes a daily shuttle bus to the city. The only exceptions are Sundays and national holidays.

This hotel has a total of 420 rooms. Almost half of them are located in the main building, while the rest should be sought in two-story bungalows. Most of the rooms are twin rooms, with a maximum capacity of two adults and two children. Each room has a balcony or terrace, air conditioning, hair dryer, telephone, toiletries, mini fridge, TV with satellite channels and radio. There is a safe, but its use is a fee.

It goes without saying that the hotel also tries to earn money by selling various goods. And it’s not just about souvenirs. On its territory, you can find a mini-market and jewelry store. The hotel also has a spacious conference room – it can accommodate up to 250 people. Not to mention the beautiful garden, to which the windows of many of the rooms overlook.

Everyone who lives in this hotel can easily use Wi-Fi Internet access. But it seems to us that most of the time people simply forget about the smartphone. Well and it is offered to have breakfast, lunch and dinner at restaurant Samaria. It’s nice that the food is “All Inclusive”. And that’s despite the fact that a week tour in Greece with accommodation in the hotel Louis Creta Princess costs about 160 thousand Euros. rubles. Keep in mind only that only locally produced drinks will be free.
