    The best inexpensive HP laptops under 30 thousand rubles. rubles

    In the first selection consider two examples of the most affordable modifications from different model lines.

    HP 250 G7 1L3U4EA

    Rating: 4.6

    HP 250 G7 1L3U4EA

    One of the most inexpensive HP laptops on the market is the 1L3U4EA modification of the HP 250 G7 line. At the end of 2021, this build can be found for just over 27k. rubles.

    This is the minimum configuration for basic office work with documents or similarly simple home use. Dual-core processor Intel Celeron N4020 with a frequency of 1.10GHz and 4GB DDR4 RAM at 2400MHz provide sufficient performance for basic tasks only.

    The same goes for the screen. The diagonal is not the smallest – 15.6 inches, but the resolution of the matrix is the minimum possible in 2021 – 1366×768. The matrix itself in terms of viewing angles is also far from high standards.

    That in this configuration can be considered a good solution for serious part of the users, it is a classic HDD hard drive with a capacity of 500 GB. The same SSD would have a big impact on the cost of the assembly.

    Communication configuration is ok. Has all the standard interfaces, including two USB 3 ports.1 on Type A sockets and Ethernet output (RJ-45) from a gigabit network card.

    This model comes without preinstalled Windows, which is a plus in terms of minimizing the cost. But when installing the existing operating system on their own some users have difficulties. Also the upgrade possibilities are limited here.

    From a review by Yandex users.Market with the status of “Level 6 Gadget Inspector: “A normal laptop for its money. All that is required of it does. Like all modern inexpensive laptops, not adapted for further modification.”.

    Advantages

    • Two slots for memory cards;
    • Gigabit network card;
    • Two USB 3 ports.1 Type A;
    • Not a bad battery life for a super affordable price;
    • the most affordable option.

    Disadvantages

    • minimum performance;
    • “Economical” quality of plastic housing and assembly.

    HP 14s-dq3004ur

    Rating: 4.7

    HP 14S-DQ3004UR

    The second example of a cheap HP laptop is similar to the previous one in many ways, but still a little better in terms of performance. Cost about the same in part due to the smaller diagonal.

    The screen size of the laptop is 14 inches. The matrix is also cheap TN with 1366×768 resolution and all the typical drawbacks of this technology in terms of narrow viewing angles.

    The processor here is the same line – Intel Celeron N4500 1.10 GHz, also dual core, the other cores are Jasper Lake. It’s not the processor that makes the difference in performance, it’s the faster DDR4 2933 MHz memory, and most of all the solid state SSD. And it’s not even the smallest in terms of capacity – 256GB. That is, who is important not the volume, but the speed of the disk, and for a minimum price, this assembly is suitable enough.

    Interface layout is about the same as the above option. There’s a Gigabit network card, and even USB 3.0 Type-C.

    In addition to its size in width, this model is also notable for its relatively small thickness – 17.9mm. The weight even allows you to conditionally classify this laptop to ultrabooks – 1.46kg.

    The notebook comes with no Windows preinstalled. There are no upgrade options here at all, and this is a major drawback.

    Advantages

    • Not a bad performance for a minimal price;
    • SSD on 256GB;
    • USB 3.0 Type-C;
    • Gigabit network card;
    • Slim enough and generally compact.

    Disadvantages

    • cannot be upgraded.

    HP’s best mid-priced laptops

    The second selection of our review is dedicated to HP laptops, which, according to user reviews and expert opinions, implemented the best combination of cost and features.

    HP 15-db1240ur

    Rating: 4.7

    HP 15-db1240ur

    This model can still be considered a budget model, but the configuration of the laptop noticeably differs for the better from the previous two. And not just in terms of performance. At the turn of 2021-2022 it can be bought in Russia for less than 35k. rubles.

    First of all it is the AMD Ryzen 3 3200U processor with 2GB of processing power which is not bad for such a price.60 GHz. Memory, however, is not the fastest – DDR4 2400 MHz and the volume is small – 4GB. But the processor “makes up” for this drawback. Also a big performance boon is the 256GB solid state SSD on the fast M interface.2.

    The big plus of this model compared to the previous ones is the resolution of the matrix F

      lHD 1920×1080. The matrix technology is still the same – TN with all the disadvantages. In the context of a fairly affordable price this is a tolerable disadvantage, but users mostly regret this point.

      The interface set has everything you need, including Ethernet output (RJ-45) from a gigabit network card and two USB 3 ports.1 on Type A connectors. There is also a slot for Kensington lock. The battery is the most standard 41W⋅h, but users mostly speak positively about battery life.

      Advantages

      • F
          The lHD 1920×1080 matrix resolution;
        • Not a bad processor for this class;
        • 256GB SSD;
        • Two USB 3 ports.1 Type A;
        • Not a bad battery life according to user reviews.

        Disadvantages

        • TN matrix with narrow viewing angles.

        HP 255 G7 3C218EA

        Rating: 4.8

        HP 255 G7 3C218EA

        Now let’s look at one of the most balanced assemblies in a higher class, and therefore in a higher price category. This modification costs more than 50 ths. The router will be available in December 2021.

        First of all we should mention a much more powerful processor – quad-core AMD Ryzen 5 3500U with a frequency of 2.10GHz. Integrated, but far from the weakest video subsystem – AMD Radeon Vega 8. RAM is frankly slow – DDR4 1866 MHz, but the factory setting of 8GB. When you work, a 256GB SSD will give you top speed.

        With the screen the situation is exactly the same as with the previous model. F resolution

          lHD 1920×1080, but the matrix technology is TN. So for this price, user dissatisfaction is already quite fair.

          The interface configuration of this model is the most standard – everything you need, including two USB 3 ports.1 on Type-A connectors. There is also a Gigabit Ethernet network card (RJ-45).

          Another good thing is that this laptop has a built-in DVD-RW drive. Although it is already hopelessly outdated format, for some professions it is still needed.

          This modification comes with Windows Home preinstalled. For those who need a license, this is not a bad option.

          From Yandex review.Market: “This laptop has great configuration options: the M.2 SSD you can put a regular hard drive, and it has all the ports, and a DVD (which is sometimes required, or it can be replaced with another hard drive). And up to 16GB memory can be made”.

          The merits

          • A class-leading processor;
          • F matrix resolution
              lHD 1920×1080;
            • 8GB of RAM;
            • A relatively good, though not discrete, graphics card;
            • SSD for 256GB;
            • DVD-RW;
            • Good opportunities for upgrades.

            Disadvantages

            • TN matrix.

            Another advantage is the touch screen 13.3 inch screen on an IPS matrix with a resolution of 1920×1080. It delivers rich color reproduction.

            If you’re working on digital projects or editing photos, the built-in NVIDIA GeForce MX150 graphics card gives you smooth playback.

              HP Envy 15-bp100 x360

              Its high performance is due to quad-core Core i5 / Core i7 processor based on Kaby Lake-R, 8GB to 16GB RAM that varies depending on configuration and 1 terabyte SSD or HDD+SSD hard drive. These features allow you to perform resource-intensive tasks, work with large spreadsheets, develop applications, or write programs.

              Among other advantages 15.6 inch touch screen on the matrix TFT IPS with a resolution from 1920×1080 to 3840×2160. It is covered with tempered glass and accepts up to 10 touches at the same time. This is very handy if you plan to use it in tablet mode.

              One of its main advantages is the 3-cell battery, which provides 11.75 hours of use
