For those, who have installed Home Edition of 10, a slightly different way of working with the command line is suitable. Again, go to Start and enter “Command Prompt” in the search bar. After that, right-click on it and run it as an administrator. At the command line, type the following command – “net user name password /add”. The name and password you need to pick up for the new user.

Reinstall the system applications

1. To reinstall, you just have to “turn on” the Powershell utility by searching for it in the Start menu. Click the name of the utility in the opened window and run it as administrator.
