All NEFF production devices are equipped with the latest management and cooking programs.
In gas devices, electrical protection against fuel leaks (gas). Almost all models are equipped with indicators of residual heat – that is, after turning off the burner, they show how naked panel.
In terms of cost, induction plates are leading, however, they are much more economical about power consumption. Gas kitchen appliances are traditionally considered the most cheap.
Operating tips
Treat technique carefully. The glass-ceramic and ceramic cooking panels, including the control panel, require a special relationship: spots and scratches appear on such a surface. To clean such panels, it is necessary to use special cleaning products to avoid damage to the cooking surface.
Inductive panels with a capacity of up to 5 kW You can turn on simply by sticking the plug into the power outlet. More powerful devices require separate wiring, and modern and high-quality, in case of non-compliance with these conditions, you can get a closure and ignition of electrical wires. Also note: Such devices cannot be connected via extension cords or tees – induction instruments need to be connected to a rosette with grounding.
Do not forget that inductive kitchen devices require use when cooking special ferrimagnetic dishes, or, as an option, a special stand adapter for ordinary dishes.
