Cherry fruits Many are ready to get on year round, but it is unfortunately impossible. Early varieties of sweet cherries have great popularity, however, along with them, gardeners often grow and late, because they can be said, completed the cycle and are the last delicacy of the season. It is this late variety and became Bryansk pink.

History of removal

Bryansk pink was brought by a group of scientists of the All-Russian Research Institute of Lupine. Enterprise is located in the city of Bryansk. The basis of the new subspecies was the grade Muscat black. With his pollination m.IN. Canyshina and A.AND. Astakhov got a cherry, fully adapted to the conditions of the middle strip. Cultural tests began to be carried out in 1987, and in 1993 it was already successful to the State Register.

Description of varieties

  • Flowers grow one by one or collected 3 pieces in inflorescences;

  • Flowers have a saucer shape and a gentle white color, the size is small.

Fruit characteristic

Bryansk Pink Kostyanki have dimensional parameters in 20x21x18 millimeters. The standard mass of one medium cherry is 4-5.5 g, and the biggest fruits reach grades of 7 grams. Kostyanki round, pink, unobtrusive crawled pattern is marked. The middle length and thickness of the fruit, the dry separation of fruits provide high marketability and transportability of the variety.

Crescents are covered with fine and dense skirt hiding the yellow chuck pulp. Culture juice transparent. Little bone, light brown, mass is 0.27 grams. From the pulp it is not separated too well. The fruits contain 13.8% of sugars, 0.47% acids and 14.2 mg of ascorbic acid.

Taste qualities

Bryansk Pink Cherries Give Mostly Sweet Fruits. However, they have a small mustard. Kostyanki use universally: fresh, in cooking, when decorating ready-made dishes and fruit salads.

Ripening and fruiting

Culture Bryansk pink is late. She starts to bloom only by mid-May, and the fires appear closer towards the end of July. The tree does not have a high pile: the crops will begin to give only on the 5th year after landing.

Yield

It has this cherry at the middle level. The tree consistently brings the fruit, and the average is usually stopped at 55 c / ha. Maximum registered indicator – 103 c / ha. If we are talking about individual trees planted on a private site, each gives about 20 kilograms. In especially the crop rarest years, this amount can be increased by 1.5-2 times.

Regions growing

Bryansk pink was developed specifically for the Central Region of the Russian Federation. It is most widely common in Bryansk and regions adjacent to it.

Self-duration and the need for pollinators

The cherry of this variety is independently pollinated. For the formation of the barriers, such varieties are planted, such as Iput, Tyutchevka, Rea.

Growing and care

Buying the bryansk pink saplings only in proven nurseries. The tree must be two-year. Cherish landing is produced in spring, in the first half of April. After landing, the top of the tree is shortened to 0.6-0.7 m from the soil level.

The crown shape must be rarely, and this is starting to engage in the second after the landing. The lower floor of the crown consists of three branches, intermediate – of two, and the upper – from the strain growing vertically. Sprigs that will regularly appear on the sides, should be deleted, not forgetting to apply a garden garden. When the tree will shoot up to three meters, it will be necessary to pinch its top.

Since the five-year-old age, sanitary trimming is carried out, as well as procedures aimed at thinning crowns. Any branches deviating from the norm cut out. All manipulations are held before the dissolution of the kidneys.

The first year village cannot do without water. Therefore, it is necessary to water them weekly. To do this, the groove is broken around the perimeter of the rolling circle. Liquid flows there, and not right under the root. No more than 12 liters of water spend on each tree. As for adult culture, it is not so often watered. It will be enough only three times per season: Start of flowering, formation of buds, ripening of fire. An adult tree is consumed from 30 to 60 liters of liquid.

For Bryansk pink very important fertilizers. They are carried out according to a special schedule. On the second and third year of life, they feed three times: at the time of bloom, and then two more times, withstanding the interval at 10 days. For each plant take a 10-liter water bucket, in which 30 grams of urea dissolved.

For the fourth year, trees feed twice: at the beginning of spring and after the middle of August. In the spring, 150 grams of urea are brought under the tree, and by the end of the summer, 150 grams of potassium sulfate and 0.3 kg of superphosphate give. Every cherry will need to pour a bucket of water. Starting from the fifth year, feeding will look equally. At the beginning of the spring, this is 150 grams of urea, and at the beginning of autumn – superphosphate (0.4 kg), potassium nitrate (0.2 kg) and humus (5 kg). Dosage is indicated on one tree.

Resistance to diseases and pests

Bryansk Pink – Incredibly Troubled Cherry Sort. It is a great opposite:

  • all sorts of fungi;

  • kokkkomikosis;

  • moniliosis;

  • swasteporiosis.

Sometimes plants are ill chlorose. To cure a disease, it is enough to spend a spraying of 1% burglar fluid solution. Second common disease – fruit rot. She is treated with 1% copper vitality.

The trees can also often meet the trouble. It will safely remove it with a solution of tobacco dust. And against the sawder who loves fruit and fruit trees, use Iskra-M.

Stability to soil-climatic conditions

Bryansk pink loves loose soils that are well passed air and water. The optimal choice for this variety – loam, although good trees grow on letters. Soil should not have too high or too low acidity. Correct choice – neutral indicators.

Culture is afraid of drought and strong heat, so it is necessary to observe the regime of irrigations. As for the frost resistance, it is good, but not the perfect. In the warm Bryansk region, the trees do not cover the winter, but in the suburbs do it will have to do it, together with the installation of a protective grid and whining the trunk.

As for the place of growth, it should be sunny and warm. Most often, such a cherry is planted near the fences, which give protection from wind.
